Join me for a 12-week online journey based on the work and research of Dr. Brené Brown. Throughout the year, we focus on three different curricula and experience personal shifts in a virtual group setting.
Here’s how Brené describes the progression of her work:
The Gifts of Imperfection – Be you.
Daring Greatly – Be all in.
Rising Strong – Fall. Get up. Try again.
ABOUT THE DARING WAY™
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Beginning June 1, 2020, we will work through Daring Greatly together.
What is included:
Over the course of 12-weeks, we will make our way through the Daring Greatly book. If you do not own the book, no worries, it is included in course tuition. We will also meet weekly via Zoom video conferencing to connect and discuss the concept of the week. Course members receive weekly emails with educational videos related to the weekly topic as well as worksheets, journaling prompts or creative assignments to help integrate the information more deeply. The course members also get accountability partners to connect with throughout the journey as well as optional 1:1 sessions with Kelly. This format flows through all three curricula throughout the year and has shown to be very effective for past course members.
