SHINE Body Bright is an 8-week introduction to creating daily habits that support health, healing and happiness. You will be able to lean into the support of a group working on the same changes that you are.
The daily routine, or Dinacharya as it is called in Ayurveda, is central to promoting health, well-being and preventing imbalance. These practices are one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have to take our health into our own hands.

Streamlining Habits Into Natural Evolution
SHINE Body Bright is about dialing in the foundational habits of health to thrive in your body for a lifetime. It’s based on dynamic peer support, Ayurvedic daily routines, and progressive habit-evolution philosophy.
Evolve Your Body: In 8 weeks you will be coached through a shift in your body habits. It will be AT YOUR PACE so that you don’t get stressed out. Then, you will have the option to join our longer, deeper journey in the Dare to SHINE program where we combine the stability created from these habits with the work and research of Dr. Brené Brown. Or you can simply choose to return for another 8-week round of habit reset in a few months.
Evolve Your Life: This course will lead you into right relationship and living in sync with your body’s needs, but also into your need to live your life in a bigger context. Most of us don’t hang out with people who are consciously evolving. Here we bring together a group of like-minded individuals who have similar objectives and goals and a lot evolves in a short period of time. And as a side-benefit you will become more clear on stepping into and stepping up your life.
