What you can expect in the twelve weeks:

  • Weekly live group coaching calls for support throughout your journey, meeting Wednesdays at 1p Central time
  • Access to a member's only course hub with videos and worksheets to support each lesson
  • Access to recordings of every live call available in the hub or via podcast on your favorite podcast platform
  • Weekly live yoga practices and recordings
  • Access to a private Facebook group for deeper connection with the group members
  • Access to all course information and recordings as long as my course hub exists
  • BONUS: A free 1:1 coaching session with Kelly any time during the 12 weeks

I've combined my expertise as a mental health therapist, yoga therapist, Ayurvedic health coach, and life coach to provide you with the most comprehensive and beneficial support. I can't wait to spend twelve weeks with you!

  • Creating a practice of forgiveness as a habit
  • Integration and bringing all that you have learned together into a practical application

About Your Radiance Coach

Hi, I'm Kelly. I'm deeply passionate about empowering individuals to thrive mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This transformative journey has a profound impact on how my course participants engage with their lives, reshaping their self-relationships and connections with others. It's a privilege to lead groups through this profound coursework.  

 

I'm a former Mental Health Therapist who has transitioned into Life Coaching. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher Trainer with YogaFit Worldwide, and a certified Yoga Health Coach. While I may not have all the answers, my burning passion is to assist others in discovering greater joy and ease while actively building the life they truly desire. I would be honored to have you join me on this journey.
