Hi, I’m Kelly Gardner. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN and my family has a strong history of working to grow the good in and beyond my great hometown. I am doing my part as I help people thrive in their minds, bodies, and lives. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Tennessee and Mississippi and I serve as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in helping others create safety in their bodies as they heal from trauma. When I am on the road, I am leading yoga teacher trainings as a Senior Master Trainer for YogaFit Worldwide or I am leading personal development workshops. I am a Certified Yoga Health Coach and a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. I offer a online courses to guide others into their radiance by teaching about habit change, psychology and mindset, the ancient science Ayurveda, yoga techniques, and the timely and powerful work and research of Dr. Brené Brown. 

I believe that yoga is great for EVERYONE and I love introducing people to how yoga can change their lives. (Yes, it can work for you too.)

I am a guide for others to learn how to make strides toward the life they really want to live. I do not believe that anyone was born to be unhappy and it’s my dharma to help others help themselves.

I have the personal experience, professional expertise and innate passion to help people live better lives. I work with people just like you who want things to be different, but aren’t sure how to get from where they are now to where they want to be.

I know trying something different takes courage. It’s scary to face what’s not working in our lives. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance for each of my clients; a place where they can dig deep and get real. My style is authentic, fun and easy to connect with.

My approach to mental health care is intuitive, holistic and practical. I use body awareness and mindfulness as a means to enhance traditional talk therapy. Therapy sessions with me may include breathing exercises, guided meditations, movement and energy work to promote change and healing in your life. My yoga health courses combine the science of habit change with the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda for real transformation in body and mind.

While talking through our challenges in therapy is helpful, thinking and behaving differently is what makes the change. It is useful to know ourselves on a deeper level, but new habits are what transform insight into action.
